rate4fix Looks Cool, Works Great

I have owned this marker for almost a year now but I only get out to play about every other month. So far its been great. My previous markers were an Autococker98 and a Pirahna. I still consider myself kind of new to paintball even though I started playing in 1999.
As you may already know, this is basically a Ion in a plastic shell. I have heard that removing the shell is a pain.
I’ve been checking out the new markers and the market may be moving towards milsim; after all airsoft is hugely popular.
So far I am very happy with my marker, and just wish the accessories for it wasnt a little overpriced.

ratefix Ion or Better

the best paintball marker i’ve owned since my tippman 98. i am still modifeing the marker

rate3fix Smart Parts SP-8 Paintball Gun – Night Ops

This is a pretty good scenario marker, but it is not very good if you want to use it against other tourny markers. You want to get an electronic hopper, i suggest either a halo b, or diablo agitator. Smart Parts id a great brand, but get an ion, and skip the body kit.

It’s your choice, you can go with a scenario marker, or you can get a perfomance marker. If you want scenario, go with the Tippmann A-5.
